On a recent project, Malyon Facilities Management provided building management support throughout the finalisation of a $1.4m Home Owners Warranty claim against the builder, tendering and completion of the rectification project involving waterproofing, briefing and collaborating with engineers on specifications on acoustic defects, façade engineering specifications and BCA compliance rectification. This major project was completed on time and within budget, which at times involved the management of up to 30 contractors on site every day over a 12 month period.

Additionally, on a separate new appointment Malyon Facilities Management has reduced overall utilities and supplier services expenditure by approximately 40% while improving livability at the development for residents, shop owners and visitors to the center.
